Lee Cross and Andy Stokes have designed and implemented projects globally, and in some of the most complex environments including prisons, courts, military bases, government, cruise ships, pharmaceutical plants, hospitals, schools, police stations, universities and more. Both Lee and Andy are at the top of their game and are hugely confident in their delivery model around consultation, design and implementation.
Lee and Andy are career AV professionals. They both joined the industry in the early 2000s and between them have amassed close to 45 years of industry experience, which is impressive given their ages. They both started out in hands-on engineering and have worked their way into roles such as Head of Projects and Global Program Manager whilst employed by some of the pioneers within the industry.
Lee and Andy worked together in 2019 before Lee founded Vision-Teck in 2021. After seeing him as the perfect fit for Vision-Teck’s growth plans and knowing they shared the same values and business ethics, Lee approached Andy who was delighted to come on board, and together they are now building up the VT team.
